Most Wanted The McReynolds Community explores my research on the descendants of John McREYNOLDS , believed to have been born in Scotland about 1668. This line continues through Ireland and into North Carolina via Roland McREYNOLDS by 1762 Roland's son Joseph McREYNOLDS (1762-1840) was a soldier in the American Revolutionary War. Joseph and his wife Heneritta BROWNING lived for a while in Virgina and Tennesee before migrating to Posey County, Indiana in 1831.Below is a list of the major research questions I am trying to answer on the McReynolds family.
